In the early 1900s, two small towns incorporated into what became the city of Arlington in north Snohomish county. The Arlington real estate market is strong due in part to the area’s healthy timber and rail industries as well as expansion resulting from the Puget Sound areas dramatic growth and success over recent decades.
Interstate 5 passes through Arlington at Smokey Point, and state highway 530 exit off I5 will lead you east into the heart of Arlington. That highway continues through Oso, Darrington and other communities up through the North Cascades Washington State Highway 20.
We have worked with clients in Arlington from the High Clover neighborhood out Jordan Road into Granite Falls.
